Choose the next target
A Tagger needs to clear every Runner. Start with the player you can realistically reach instead of chasing the farthest visible movement.
When a chase stops making sense, reset your view and choose again rather than losing the whole round to one route.
Read before committing
Use the current in-game ability description as your reference. Test its timing when a lower-risk opportunity appears.
After a round, review what changed your distance to a Runner and use that observation in the next chase.
